Passion and persistence are admirable qualities present in most people who succeed and who we admire. However, these qualities can become negatives if not tempered by kindness, empathy and patience. As you drive forward with intention and passion, don’t allow yourself to become blind to the humanity around you. A little kindness mixed in with your persistence creates not only personal success, but masses of people willing to follow you to the ends of the earth.
