I help senior and mid-level executives, and entrepreneurs through coaching, mentoring, project guidance, and co-creating development plans. I get individuals unstuck, inspired and moving forward. This often extends to team development as a natural extension of my work with individuals.
I have successfully coached and/or mentored dozens of leaders, from entry level to C-suite executives, and designed and developed learning and development strategies, courses, and processes. Team development has been a hallmark of my executive career. I actively coach several individuals currently and am a sought-after coach and advisor across several industries.

I assist organizations from large, established companies to startups to solve issues of ineffective structures and processes, missing or inadequate strategic plans, insufficient governance, and lack of vision and clear values.
I have helped several startups, departments and entire organizations write and implement strategic plans, develop vision and values, build necessary processes, and determine marketing and pricing plans.
My executive roles have included significant experience driving successful organizational design, strategic planning and people/organizational development.
CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVENESS
I guide leaders and organizations through periods of significant change with a clear change process and methodology, while auditing business and human processes to co-create the elements of sustainable organizational effectiveness.
I worked with a large retailer who wanted to change their entire organizational culture to reposition themselves in a radically changed competitive environment. We developed all cultural elements including the approach to talent management, their vision and values, and identity. Through executive coaching, employee engagement and education activities, and significantly changed structures and operating efficiencies, this company successfully made the changes necessary to relaunch and is now positioned for significant growth and impact in their industry.
