The greatest gift any leader can give is to ensure in some small way that they allow those around them the space, the challenge, and the encouragement to grow and develop.  When a leader views their role as a servant devoted to unleashing the potential of their team, magic occurs.  Whether a leader by title or circumstance, I urge you to find ways to energize and inspire those around you to become what they are capable of.  This is truly the path to your meaningful legacy.
