“We must not, in trying to think about how we can make the big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to the big differences we often cannot foresee.”

~Marian Wright Edelman

Frustration sets in when we only equate success with big moves – in relationships, finances, physical fitness, etc.  Every small move made toward the ‘big’ goal is truly a victory and should be celebrated as such. If you can remember and apply this it will dramatically reduce your self-criticism and when applied to others, allow you to more effectively lead.  Celebrate some small victories today!
