“Some people believe that holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it takes much more strength to know when to let go — and then do it.”

It takes great courage and persistence to continue fighting on past obstacles to achieve worthy goals and truly make a difference for yourself and others.  However, not all goals are worth this effort.  It is important to reflect for a moment and ensure you are working toward truly worthy purposes – those that are aligned with your most deeply held beliefs and values.  As you reflect, you will likely find one or more things that you are spending time and energy on that are actually not worth fighting for.  This could be a relationship, a job, a project, etc.  It may take even more courage to decide to stop and let this one go.

Have the courage to fight on for the worthy causes, and let go of those that no longer serve you.
