As a leader, we build trust by showing appropriate vulnerability – our humanity. Trust is critical for effective relationships and for great work and organizational change to occur. Do you allow your humanity to show through in how you relate to your teams? If your leader hasn’t mastered this yet, give him or her a break – this is not easy for most to do.
