Frequent contributor MD provided today’s quote, which Jeff Probst used during his recent Emmy acceptance speech. The quote resonates for us as we think about where we put our daily energies. We often dream of exciting vacations, careers and relationships but often wonder why they fail to materialize. The lesson here is that we get what we prepare for. Think of some goal that really excites you. What are you doing today to prepare for it? If the honest answer is “nothing”, don’t despair. What an amazing opportunity to rethink how you might spend a few minutes of every day.
