“At the end of the day, you are solely responsible for your success and your failure. And the sooner you realize that, you accept that, and integrate that into your work ethic, you will start being successful. As long as you blame others for the reason you aren’t where you want to be, you will always be a failure.”

We truly are in control of our lives.  Even when things happen out of your control – good or bad, you can choose how to deal with that event, and to choose your attitude and response. Instead of complaining about the boss, the company, the politicians, the economy, your partner, your parents, or anyone/anything else, use your energy to decide what YOU will do to enhance or change your situation. There are countless stories of individuals who have overcome far more than what you are likely facing due to their perseverance, hope, and refusal to give up control of their lives to any circumstance or person.  If you are feeling out of control and/or in blaming mode, STOP.  Choose the path of personal responsibility and control your own life.
