“Day by day, what you choose, what you think & what you do… is who you become.”
This has been said by multiple thought leaders in multiple ways, but the message is the same: Be intentional on your thoughts and actions as these dictate your life and who you are. However, it is very human to focus on and be attracted to negatives. To beat this human tendency we must fight by intentionally surrounding ourselves with positive influences and turning away from negative ones. It won’t be easy, but it is something you must do. Your life and those who are in that life depend upon it.
