“In all affairs it’s a healthy thing now and then to hang a question mark on the things you have long taken for granted.”

~Bertrand Russell

In your relationships, your employment, and your beliefs, it is important to reflect on why you have made these choices.  Not to find reasons why you should abandon them, but rather to find the reasons why you are committed to them. This takes courage because it is possible that you may not be able to find reasons to remain committed. But usually this is an exercise of recommitment as you remind yourself of what drew you to these people and things originally.  You change, circumstances change.  Take the time to reflect on what is truly important to you and recommit regularly.
