“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.”

~Amelia Earhart

You probably know this from your own experience:  The real challenges in life aren’t the challenges themselves.  It is the difficulty of making that decision to act to make a change that can get you beyond that challenge.  Once the decision is made and that first action is taken, it is almost always a pleasant surprise just how easy it is to take the next and the next action until the challenge is overcome.  It is human nature to fear the unknown, but it is also our unique human ability to decide to move beyond our fears and take action.  What is challenging you today?  What could you do if you weren’t afraid to act?  Now, decide and act.
