“Your mind will be like its habitual thoughts; for the soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.  Soak it then in such trains of thoughts as, for example: Where life is possible at all, a right life is possible.”

~Marcus Aurelius

We are all ridiculously busy these days.  But, in those moments between your busy activities, what do you think about?  How do you spend that precious time with yourself or your loved ones?  Too often, that time is spent in negative thoughts, with negative people, or in activities that are negative or unhealthy. This can be unintentional, just a reality of the inputs around us.  Or sadly, we can often choose these experiences ourselves.  To avoid this, we must be intentional and be ready to reach for a positive experience with a person or with ourselves.
How are you spending your few opportunities to refresh and rejuvenate yourself positively?  With intention I hope.  If not, make it your priority to find ways to fill today’s opportunities wisely and positively.  You’ll be glad you did.
