If you think about moments of sorrow or depression, the way through is taking some positive action, no matter how small or trivial. For it is in the motion, the activity, and the action that you pull yourself forward to a new point of happiness and satisfaction. It is important to pause and reflect on both the wonderous and the troubling in our lives – to learn and grow. But to continue the wonder or to stop what troubles us, we must get moving and take action!
