Watching today’s dysfunctional American political scene is truly maddening. Two groups of people with extreme, illogical and intractable belief systems completely unwilling to entertain a point of view that differs from their own. It is highly unlikely that America will be able to move beyond its current stagnation until sanity returns. Let this be a lesson for your own personal and business lives: never lose the ability to listen and learn and find value even in your adversary’s point of view. Only in our ability to consider an alternative can we ever hope to evolve, grow and overcome challenges.
