In these tumultuous times, it is more critical than ever that we develop our skills in creativity, imagination and learning agility. Holding on to “certainties” in a time which challenges every assumption we’ve held, is a recipe for stagnation at the best, and getting completely left behind at the worst. Logic is only partially the answer as we work to shift through an avalanche of information and competing “facts”. Only by using our imagination and our curiosity can we engage our creativity and learning agility to use new and evolving ideas, people and tools to find a path for success for ourselves, our families and our organizations.
