Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better man.

~Benjamin Franklin

Most of you know that I don’t believe in making resolutions once a year in January.  Rather, I believe in “rolling 12-month” periods and therefore celebrate a “Happy New Year” at the start of each month as I reassess and recommit to my goals for the next 12 months.

So…  Happy New Year!  Your assignment is to look at the actions you took in February towards your goals, no matter how small or large, and celebrate them!  Recommit to each of your goals and challenge yourself to continue your achievement path in March.

To help celebrate:

Today, March 4th, is National Poundcake Day.  And, March is National Caffeine Awareness Month.  What could be more delicious than a piece of pound cake served with sliced strawberries and whipped cream? Enjoying it with a steaming cup of Joe! Yum!  Aren’t you glad you get to celebrate every month?
