The holiday season can often magnify emotions both positively and negatively. It is likely you are feeling some of these intensities. Remember to pause a moment each day to assess whether your feelings are warranted. Give yourself permission to experience joyful feelings fully. Also recognize that you can focus your energy away from unnecessary misery and move toward feelings, people and activities which strengthen you.
