I know this is a hard one for some people to accept. But I assure you it is true: If you want to be happy, be happy. It is a choice. Goethe says it in a different way. What is in your heart? Are you holding on to past hurts, disappointments, heartache? Replace them with forgiveness, gratitude, hope, excitement and expectation; and smile. Feel the beauty in the world and in you and you will see the world come alive for you in all its splendor
