“Use what talents you possess; the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best.”

– Henry Van Dyke

I have always enjoyed determining people’s talents and then helping them to release them to their fullest potential.  Many people don’t use their talent due to the fear of imagined or real obstacles, or because they think they have to be the best.  You have little to lose by exercising your talents.  Whether your talent is an art, a skill, or simply helping others, your obligation is to use it.  You don’t need to be the best.  If you can sing, sing.  If you can paint, paint.  If you can lead, lead.  If you can help others – and we all can, help.
