Enthusiasm is the key to accomplishing great things, and good things consistently. Determining how to find enthusiasm for your teams or for yourself must be a consistent focus day in, day out. While a person cannot be expected to live in a constant state of enthusiasm, finding the triggers that create it and that kill it is critical to consistent accomplishment and satisfaction.
Spend some time reflecting on what comes just before the beginnings and endings of enthusiastic episodes for you so you are able to increase enthusiasm when needed.
