When you think of the big dreams and goals you have for yourself, your business, and your relationships, I want you to think about the details necessary to achieve them. List them out (in writing is best!) and get to work – one detail at a time. Ignorance or avoidance of the details creates an inferior result and one that is not likely to last. Pay attention to the details – be maniacal about them – and watch what happens. And remember that the details that pertain to people are the most important of all.
