“If you look at what you have in life, you’ll always have more. If you look at what you don’t have in life, you’ll never have enough.”

Our power of perspective should not be underestimated.  Only we can determine our sense of satisfaction with our lives and what is in it.  Choosing a sense of abundance creates a life of gratitude, thankfulness, and the ability to give of ourselves to our families, communities, and workplaces.  Choosing a sense of scarcity creates a life of anger, depression, and the inability to do anything but wallow in our own pity and despondency, robbing our families, communities, and workplaces of our potential contributions.
Of course, everyone veers between these two extremes on a daily and even hourly basis.  The point is to be aware of how you perceive yourself and your circumstances in this moment, and then choose to step back and realize the abundance in your life.  This choice is critical to your ability to successfully navigate this life and achieve your potential.
How are you feeling right now? Choose your reaction wisely.  Choose abundance.
