“A clever person solves a problem. A wise person avoids it”

~Albert Einstein

We celebrate those who can solve problems.  These people are clever and able to look at an obstacle and devise the means and methods to overcome it.  The truly wise however, are able to reflect on the situation, learn from it, and adjust their approach to similar situations in the future – avoiding the obstacle all together.

The point?  Be sure as you successfully work through a challenge to take the time to reflect and learn – and then apply that learning in future situations.  Most importantly, your value will be exponentially expanded if you teach others what you’ve learned.  As I often teach, “Dare to be Contagious”™, and share your knowledge freely.
