The Polyanna and the skeptic. Two versions of the same problem: fixed points of view. The key to move forward through adversity, to reach success in a difficult situation, to mediate significant conflict, is the same: find the middle ground, discover the kernel of cooperation that leads to consensus, find trust. It isn’t easy, but it is worth the journey.
